A steady partner for the work that never really stops
Running a program well takes more than the day-to-day teaching or care — it takes systems that hold up, communication that keeps families connected, and staff who are supported and prepared. That work is constant, and it's easy for it to fall to those who actually have the least time for it.
I work with established schools and programs on exactly that: ongoing operational and communications support, engaged either as needed or on a standing basis, so the people running the program can focus on running it. This is available whether your launch happened with me or you're an existing program looking for continued support.
Most established programs are better served by a standing relationship than a one-off project — consistent, responsive, and familiar with your program rather than starting from scratch each time. Retainers usually include a short initial commitment, then continue month-to-month.
Ongoing Support — Retainer

From occasional upkeep and on-call availability to a fully embedded communications and operations partner. Exact scope and pricing are determined collaboratively after a short conversation.

- Community communication management — ongoing newsletters, email or print
- Sensitive-conversation consults — drafting or reviewing responses
- Enrollment marketing collateral — flyers, open house materials, enrollment pieces
- On-call support — flexible availability for questions and troubleshooting

Curriculum work varies a lot in scope, so pricing depends on how deep it goes:

$1,200–$2,400 / age group / yrUnit-by-unit breakdown, objectives, materials lists, pacing guide — one age group, one primary subject, per year.
