About

I help with the part most people don't have time to build.

A decade in Montessori education, seven years consulting for startup programs, and a background in publishing.

Founders are usually rich in passion and vision, but short on the operational know-how it takes to build a successful program from scratch. Established programs have the operational backbone, but often not the time or bandwidth to maintain it while running their day-to-day, connecting with parents, and supporting staff.

That's where I come in.

Roxanna KrawczykProgram & Operations Consultant

My background sits at the intersection of program leadership, operations, curriculum, and communications — a decade in Montessori education as a teacher and director, seven years of consulting for startup programs, plus a background in publishing.

I work with founders launching new programs to shape a raw idea into a workable plan, build everything a launch actually requires, and provide ongoing support once you're open.

I work with established programs to deliver ongoing operational and communications support — so the people doing the real work can stay focused on it.

I take on a small number of clients at a time, so the people I work with get real attention and fast responses.
